In the early hours of May 25, 2025, at approximately 00:50, debris from an enemy drone struck the dormitory buildings of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, located in the university’s student campus. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

Immediately following the incident, university staff, professors, students, and local residents united to clean up and repair the affected areas. Thanks to this collective effort, the aftermath of the attack was quickly addressed.

The university extends heartfelt thanks to everyone who offered their support, solidarity, and help during this challenging time.
